Zac Rogers is a PhD candidate at Flinders University of South Australia in the College of Business, Government, and Law. He earned his Bachelor of International Studies (Honours) in 2013 and works at Flinders University as lecturer and tutor. A founding member of the Flinders Blockchain Alliance, current research explores the strategic implications of cyber insecurity and the impending impact of blockchain uptake on the regional/global political economy.
